By choosing Full Service Proofing you agree to approve your proof within 24 hours of receipt to avoid order delays. If you do not provide feedback within 72 hours of receiving your proof, your logo will be auto-approved and sent into production.
Returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise, or if you did not receive the correct product ordered. Only unworn, unused items in their original condition may be refunded or exchanged for up to 30 days of purchase. If your item fits these criteria, contact us through the form to notify us that you intend to return.
Please ensure your Order # is displayed clearly on the box or the label so we can associate it upon receipt. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift certificate number, in the amount of the return, that can be used on future purchases on this store. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced, with no additional shipping charge.

Please submit returns in the original secure packaging along with the packing slip. Be sure to indicate on packing slip which items are being returned and the reason for return.
Shipping charges on item(s) returned due to customer error (wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.) are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
