Made of warm, midweight 100% recycled Polyester Fleece dyed with a low-impact process that significantly reduces the use of dyestuffs, energy and water compared to conventional dyeing methods. 100% recycled Polyester brushed tricot fabric trim on the wind flap, pockets, armholes and hem. Front zipper has a kissing-welt closure and a hidden wind flap Interior drop-in pockets. Hip length. Fair Trade Certified sewn 301 g (10.6 oz).

Returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise, or if you did not receive the correct product ordered. Only unworn, unused items in their original condition may be refunded or exchanged for up to 30 days of purchase. If your item fits these criteria, contact us through the form to notify us that you intend to return.

Please ensure your Order # is displayed clearly on the box or the label so we can associate it upon receipt. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift certificate number, in the amount of the return, that can be used on future purchases on this store. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced, with no additional shipping charge.

Please submit returns in the original secure packaging along with the packing slip. Be sure to indicate on packing slip which items are being returned and the reason for return.

Shipping charges on item(s) returned due to customer error (wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.) are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

As confirmation we will send you a virtual proof of your sew out for approval prior to production.
During approval we will work with you on any edits and can even show you the logo on a garment.

After placing your order, one of our representatives will reach out to you.

OUR DEFAULT METHOD OF DECORATION IS EMBROIDERY

We also screen print, heat transfer, sublimate, digital print, apply patches and more. Many of these also for free, possibly with a minimums.

During the approval process based on your garment or logo we may suggest one of these methods.

You can also request a different method during approval or in the notes section while ordering and we will reach out to confirm all details with you.

If you use a new logo, you'll receive an email in 48-72 hours with a logo proof to approve or send back with comments.

Your order will be produced and in your hands 15-20 business days after this logo approval.

If you're using an existing, approved logo, we'll get started on your order right away.
